dc.description.abstract | The using of anesthesia in perineal wound treating is one of mother’s love. The experience in midwife practically in giving anasthesia is almost happened, but the act can slow-down the treatment of wounds perineal. Based on current studies, the perineal wounds can be treated as soon as possible if the anesthesia is not done. This research is taken to know what the effect of giving anesthesia toward perinea wounds for mother’s porturition. This research is taken place on PMB Dora and it is included into 14 mother’s porturition, namely 7 mothers are having anesthesia and the others without anesthesia. The data analysis is taken by Independent T Test. The result shows that time of treatment with anesthesia is about 8 – 10 days meanwhile the others is about 5 – 6 days. The conclusion is there is an effect of giving anesthesia toward perinea wound treatment for mother’s porturtion with P=0.000 (< 0.05). The suggestion, the health-servant especially midwife should have develop their skill in treating the mothers’ rupture of perinea until they can reduce many risks on infection toward the mother’s porturition. | en_US |
