But in reality, BPJS participant patients still do not feel the quality of health services as expected. Health services with patient satisfaction levels are below 95%, it is considered that the health services provided do not meet the minimum standards or are not of high quality. Service quality is a way for service companies to remain competitive by consistently providing services of a higher quality than their competitors. This study aims to determine the relationship between BPJS health service quality and patient satisfaction at the Batangtoru Health Center in 2020. The research method is analytical. The number of respondents in this study was 17,740. Samples were taken using purposive sampling. With the formula. The number of samples was 45. Data analysis used the Chi Square test. The results showed 0.001 (0.001 <0.05). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of BPJS health services and patient satisfaction at the Batangtoru Health Center in 2020. It is hoped that every health facility will always improve the quality of service, so that with better service quality, patients will feel satisfied with the services provided .
