Abstract: | Breast care needs to be done by pregnant women to be able to facilitate the production of breast milk. Most pregnant women do not do breast care because of lack of knowledge in breast care itself, lack of information about breast care such as milk putting does not stand out, or flat, because of the state of the breasts especially nipples. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of predisposing factors with breast care in pregnant women in The Orosan River Village of Padang Bolak District of North Padang Lawas Regency in 2021. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional study design. Pupulation in this study is all pregnant women in The Village of Sungai Orosan Padang Bolak District Of Padang Lawas Utara District in 2021 as many as 36 people. Samples in this study all pregnant women in The Village of Sungai Orosan Padang Bolak District Padang Lawas Utara In 2021 as many as 36 people. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge factors (p = 0.004), parity (p = 0.004) and employment status (p = 0.003) with breast care in pregnant women. The conclusion was obtained that there is a relationship of knowledge, parity and employment status with breast care in pregnant women. It is expected for pregnant women to be able to increase their knowledge of breast care during pregnancy. |
