THE STUDY PROGRAM OF MIDWIFERY BACHELOR PROGRAM FACULTY OF HEALTH AUFA ROYHAN UNIVERSITY IN THE CITY OF PADANGSIDIMPUAN Research report, August 2020 Indah Rizki Nasution Relationship between Husband Support and Compliance of Pregnant Women in Antenatal Care Eaminations in Bonan Dolok Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City in 2020 ABSTRACT Husband’s supports has an important role for pregnant women in antenatal care examinations. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach. This research was conducted in Bonan Dolok Village, North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City. The population in this study were all 71 pregnant women in Bonan Dolok Village with total samling technique, so the sample in this study were 71 pregnant women. How to collect data using a questionnaire. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between information support (p = 0,000), reward support (p = 0,008), instrumental support (p = 0,001), and emotional support (p = 0,001) with the compliance of pregnant women in antenatal care examinations. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between husband’s support and compliance of pregnant women in ANC examinations. Husband always provide support to their wives in conducting ANC examinations. Key Words : Husband’s support, compliance with antenatal care checks Reference : 30 (2010 – 2019)
