ABSTRACT Breastfeeding (ASI) exclusive is the best investment for the health and intelligence of children. WHO 2016 still shows average figure exclusive breastfeeding in the new world around 38 percent. In Indonesia though large number of women (96%) breastfeed their child in their life, only 42% of babies who are under 6 months of age who get exclusive breastfeeding. This shows not reached national target. To know Mother Knowledge relationship, Family support and Culture with Exclusive Breastfeeding at the Batugana of public Health Center in 2020. This type of research was quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The Population of 30 babies, and this research sample totaled 30 babies taken by purposive sampling technique. This research instrument was a questionnaire. The Data were analyzed with used the Chi-Square test. The Results of this study obtained that there was a Mother Knowledge connection with Exclusive Breastfeeding in infants 0-6 months with a P value (0.000), P family support (0.004), Culture P (0.004). The Conclusions are obtained that there was a relationship between Mother's knowledge, family support and Culture against exclusive breastfeeding for 0-6 months. For mothers who give birth to babies in order to provide exclusive breastfeeding up to 6 months of age, and don't provide food other than breast milk.
