By using the cross sectional method. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample of 32 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the chi Square test. The results of this study indicate: there is a relationship between maternal compliance with Fe tablets with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Suggestion In order to increase the role of health or midwifery workers in the implementation of pregnancy midwifery care and it is hoped that it will be able to increase counseling and provide information about the provision of Fe tablets.
