Abstract: | Abstract Indonesia, about 90% of women have the potential to experience vaginal discharge because Indonesia is a tropical area so that the fungus is easy to develop which results in many cases of vaginal discharge. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavioral factors associated with the incidence of vaginal discharge in adolescent girls in the neighborhood V of Sidangkal Urban Village, Padangsidimpuan City. The research method was quantitative with across-sectional study design. The research was conducted in the V neighborhood of Sidangkal Urban Village, Padangsidimpuan City, against 79 young women (15-19 years) with a sample of 79 young women as well. The data analysis used is Chi-Square. The results showed a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of vaginal discharge in young women, where the p-value was 0.001 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between attitudes and the incidence of vaginal discharge in young women, where the p-value is 0.008 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between action and the incidence of vaginal discharge in young women, where the p-value is 0.037 (p <0.05). The results of this study recommend the government as a reference or reading material in providing counseling or health education for patients with vaginal discharge. .
