The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship between Class Utilization of Pregnant Women and Behavior of Pregnant Women Against the danger signs of Pregnancy at the Puskesmas Gunung Tua in Padang Lawas Utara Regency in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study. With the research design using descriptive correlational. This research was conducted at the Puskesmas Gunung Tua, starting from March to August 2020. The population in this study were all pregnant women who participated in the class of pregnant women at the Puskesmas Gunung Tua, as many as 143 pregnant women. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, amounting to 77 people. After a statistical test was carried out using the Chi Square test, it was found that p = 0.001 (<0.05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the use of classes of pregnant women and the behavior of pregnant women to the danger signs of pregnancy Puskesmas Gunung Tua Padang Lawas Utara Regency 2020. It is recommended for participants The class of pregnant women should further increase their activeness in the class of pregnant women, especially in the discipline of time, considering that the class of pregnant women has a very good role in increasing the readiness of pregnant women in facing childbirth.
