Research Report, August 2020 Rodiana Sinaga The relationship between education and knowledge of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding with breastfeeding for working mothers at the Batangtoru Breastfeeding to mothers Work is hampered when breastfeeding because the intensity of the meeting between mother and baby is reduced. An alternative that can be taken is giving ASIP. The research objective was to determine the relationship between education and knowledge about ASIP and the provision of ASIP to working mothers at the Batangtoru Health Center in 2020. The research method was a cross-sectional analytical survey design carried out at the Batangtoru Health Center. The population of all working mothers who have babies aged ≥ 6 months as many as 36 samples of purposive sampling technique. Results Data collection using a questionnaire and Fisher's statistical test and Continuity Correlation. In the bivariate analysis, it was found that p value <α, there was a relationship between education and ASIP (P value = 0.004) and there was a relationship between knowledge and ASIP (P value = 0.002). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between education and knowledge of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding and breastfeeding for working mothers. It is recommended that the Puskesmas increase health promotion on ASIP so that mothers want to do ASIP. Keywords: Education, Knowledge, Giving ASIP Bibliography 30 (2016-2018).
