Abstract: | ASUHAN KEBIDANAN CONTINUITY OF CARE DI PMB SUKANI EDI MUNGGUR SRIMARTANI PIYUNGAN BANTUL * Tri Sunarsih, Pitriyani Kebidanan, Universitas Jendral Achmad Yani Yogyakarta, * ppipitasyifwa91@gmail.com INFO ARTIKEL ABSTRAK Riwayat Artikel: Diterima: 09-07-2019 Disetujui: 23-12-2019 Abstrak: Kelahiran dan kehamilan merupakan suatu hal yang fisioogis, namun jika tidak dikelola dengan baik akan menjadi patologis (Miratu, dkk, 2015). Continuity of care dalam kebidanan merupakan serangkaian kegiatan pelayanan berkesinambungan mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir serta pelayanan keuarga berencana (Homer et all, 2014 dalam Ningsih, 2017). Tujuan memberikan asuhan berkesinambungan pada Ny. A umur 25 tahun primipara di PMB Sukani Edi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan asuhan yang diberikan pada Ny. A mulai dari kehamilan, bersalin, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir berjalan dengan lancar serta ibu dan bayi dalam keadaan normal. Simpulan, setelah diberikan asuhan Kata Kunci: Continuity of care Primipara Normal continuity of care mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir semua berjaan lancar dan kondisi ibu serta bayi dalam keadaan normal. Saran bagi tenaga kesehatan, dapat meningkatkan bahkan meningkatkan kembali mutu pelayanan dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara berkesinambungan. Abstract: Birth and pregnancy are physiological, but if not managed properly it will be pathological (Miratu et al. 2015). Continuity of care in midwifery is a series of continuous service activities ranging from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborns and family planning services (Ningsih, 2017). The purpose of providing continuous care to Mrs. A 25year-old primipara at Sukani Edi PMB. The research design used was descriptive and type of case study research. The results of the study show the care given to Mrs. A starting from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and the newborn goes smoothly, and the mother and baby are normal. Conclusion, after being given care Continuity of care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and newborns all worked smoothly and the condition of the mother and baby in normal circumstances. Suggestions for health workers can improve and even improve the quality of service in providing midwifery care on an ongoing basis. |
