Desain yang digunakan quasy experient, pre and post control group desaign. Sampel berjumlah 40 ibu inpartu kala I fase aktif dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan. Abstract: Labour pain has the highest degree, burning resistance and sharp somatic. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of the combined effects of effleurage massage and respiratory relaxation as an effort to restore relaxation in the first phase of active phase. The design used was an experimental, pre and post-control village group. The sample payment of 40 mothers in active phase I phase was divided into 2 preparation groups. Data analysis using Wilcoxon and man Whitney test. The results showed the control group had 15% moderate pain, 80% severe pain, and 5% recovered from very severe pain. In the intervention group the same amount on the mild and moderate pain scale was 50%. There is a difference between the level of control between the control group and the intervention group. High-level intervention control is much lower than group control. KEMRP therapy (a combination of effleurage and breathing relaxation) has a higher potential effect than the one given in the replacement phase of relaxation in the active phase. Can do research Related to the number of respondents who are more expected to do control of the factors that can affect pain in the first phase of active phase.
