GAMBARAN KEPATUHAN DIET HIPERTENSI PADA LANSIA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MARANCAR UDIK

Abstract

ABSTRACK The elderly is named with hypertension if they get sistolyc pressure on normal, namely 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure more than 90 mmHg (AHA, 2017). The hypertension is common happened for the eldery in which it is categorized into primary hypertension (Essential). This research is taken to know the characteristic of elderly hypertension sufferers and it is used to know the diet subservience of hypertension, here, this research is taken place on job-desk area of Local Government Clinic of Marancar Udik. This research is categorized into quantitative method with description design. The populations in this study amounted to 153 elderly people whith hypertension, the sample is taken by using purposive sampling and they are about 60 the elderly of hypertensions. The data is collected by questionnaire. The data analysis is taken by univariat in frequency distribution. By having this result, there are respondents about 34 people (60-74 years old or 56.7%), here, it is categorized through sex, the male 24 people (40.0%) and female 36 people (60.0%), then it is categorized into job-status there are 43 people (71.7%), based on education obtained respondents with primary school education/equivalent as many as 28 people (46.7%). Based on the subservience frequency of diet hypertension are about 22 people (36.7) and the respondent on not subservience are about 38 people (63.3%).
