UNDERGRADUATE NURSING STUDY PROGRAM UNIVERSITY AUFA ROYHAN PADANGSIDIMPUAN Research Report, July 2020 Muhammd Rian Pohan THE RELATIONSHIP OF RESPON TIME GIVEN BY EMERGENCY ROOM NURSES WITH PATIENT SATSFACTION IN PUBLIC HOSPITAL IN PADANGSIDIMPUAN CITY Abstract Respon time is the response time caarried out to the patient when the patient arrives until he gets a respons from the emergency departement offiicer with the service time that is the time required bye the patient t finish. This study aims to determine the relationship of respon time given by emergency nurses with patient satsfaction in public hospital in padangsidimpuan city in 2020. This study uses quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research design used is cross sectional. The sampling technique used was accidentl sampling with a sample 33 respondents. From the result of statistical analysis using the kolmogorov smirnov thest Pvalue 0,010 (0,05). The conclusion is that the is a relationship between respon time given emergency nurses with patient satisfaction public hospital in padangsidimpuan city in 2020.
