Non pharmacological approaches that can reduce hypertension are acupressure, Chinese herbs, herbal therapy, deep breathing relaxation, aroma therapy, classical music therapy, meditation and massage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effect of massage reflection legs on blood pressure in hypertension patients. This study used quasi-experimental design (Quasi experiment) with the One group pre-test and post-test design approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample of 20 respondents. The results of Paired t-test on the comparison of blood pressure before and after giving massage reflection in respondents found a significant change with p = 0,000 for systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure p = 0.001 (p <0.05). Then it could be concluded that there is a effect the effect of the effect of massage reflection legs on blood pressure in hypertension patients.
