Ylang oil is effective for calming and relaxing feelings with its properties whitch can slow the flow of breath ang heart rate that is too fast, this oil really helps lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to inveatigate the effect of canada oil aromatherapy onreducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The design of this study is quasi eksperimen. The results of the study after the intervention in the control group showed the average blood presure result was 111.38 mmHg. Paired T-test result (p=0,051), and the experiment group showed an average blood pressure of 101.08 mmHg. Wilcoxon test results (p=0,001). After the intervension in the control and experimen groups showed that there was a difference in blood pressure in the intervention, it was obtained the results of Mann-whitney (p=0.000). The results of this study could be one of the nursing intervention measures in patiens with hypertension. Key words : Rose Aromatherapy, Blood Presure Bibliography : 18 (2007-2015)en_US
