Disruption on muaculoskeletal system is marked with joint pain ang stiffness that appeared as the result it decreased physiological ability or quality of life. Imfact of rheumatoid artritis able to create some complaints and able to make paralysis. The objectives of the research is to know the effect of red ginger compress on decreasing of rheumatoid pain intensity for ederly. The research used quasy experiment design with pre test pos test one way group. Sample of the research is ten elderies that is chosen by above criteria. Result of the research through pairet T test statistics showed that there is any significant effect of decreasing pain intensity before and after giving red ginger compress with p value = 0,000 < 0,05. So that there is any significant effect between red ginger comprese on decreasing rheumatoid artritis pain of elderly.
