dc.description.abstractThe goal of this research is to explore organizational culture in fintech startups. Literature of this research mainly focus on organizational culture. Method of this research, employed a qualitative research methodology, four Indonesian start-up enterprises in financial technology involved to this study. To analyse data, this research use the Analytical Hierarchal Process (AHP). According to the study's findings, social adaptability and cooperative conduct helps startups accomplish its main goal of creating a good culture. The uniqueness of this study is that it may be used to various kinds of fintech companies as an overview of the relevant organizational culture modelen_US
