dc.description.abstractHuman resources in organizations play a very important role because the company's success in achieving its goals cannot be separated from the role of its employees. Organizational progress will also be achieved if human resources have good performance. The objective of this research is to deeply study the direct and indirect effects of self-efficacy on job performance through innovative work behavior. This study was conducted on digital printing workers in Mojokerto, East Java, using a saturated technique of sampling, 96 workers were selected as the respondents. Using the partial least squares analysis technique performed in SmartPLS 3.0, this study finds that self-efficacy has no direct effect on job performance, but self-efficacy has direct effects on innovative work behavior and that innovative work behavior has direct effects on job performance. Furthermore, innovative work behavior fully mediates the effect of self-efficacy on job performance. The novelty of this research is the finding that innovative work behavior is digital printing workers in Mojokerto, East Java. The findings above are expected to be used to improve digital printing workers' innovative work behaviors for higher performance attainmenten_US
