This study aims to identify the level of income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is influenced by business capital, business location, selling price, and labor. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method on 36 MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS software version 30. The results of the study showed that all independent variables, namely business capital, business location, selling price, and labor, had a significant influence on MSME income. Business location contributed the most at 73,54%, followed by labor at 11,71%, business capital at 7,90%, and selling price at 0,15%.
