dc.description.abstractThis study was made in order to analyse the influence of transformational leadership and compensation on employee performance at PT Pegasus Reka Industri, Tuban Regency. Transformational leadership is considered a leadership style that is considered effective in increasing employee motivation, creativity, and performance through idealised influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualised attention. And compensation as a support is considered a very appropriate variable in improving employee work results. This research applies a quantitative descriptive method with a saturated population approach, involving all employees as respondents, namely 30 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analysed with SPSS version 23 software for validity test and reliability test. After the data can be tested, hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple liner regression techniques with the help of SPSS 23 data processing applications. From the research, it was found that transformational leadership and compensation had an influence of 99.1% on employee performance at PT Pegasus Reka Industri. This research supports its findings with a significance value of 0.00 which is lower than 0.05, and the t test shows that the tcount value of 6.635 transformational leadership variables and 19.882 compensation variables are greater than the t table 2.048. These results can be used by the leadership of PT Pegasus Reka Industri as a basis for continuing to improve the performance of employeesen_US
