dc.description.abstractAbstract. The covid-19 pandemic causes all sectors running online activity, including education. Semarang state university is one of those that runs the hybrid learning where students follow the study is 50% of the class. The purpose of this study is to know the effectiveness of the hybrid learning for fashion education students’ education in fashion production subject. The population in this study is students who have taken a hybrid Fashion Production Subject 2020 generation of the Engineering Faculty Semarang State University amount to 73 students. The techniquesampling used is proportional random sampling with a critical 10% and yield to 42 respondents. This research method is a quantitative description with a factor analysis technique. The results of this study are that learning motivation gets 28.78% and has been the highest factor in the effectiveness of hybrid learning, followed by teaching methods that get 26,57%, cooperation 15.55% , facilities and infrastructure 5.88% , and learning time 5.33%.
