Abstract: Abstract. Research on the development of tunics using the dab-boshi shibori technique for career women with short, fat bodies aims to: (1) find out how to make motifs using the dab-boshi shibori technique for career women with imperfect body shapes, (2) find out how to develop designs tunic for the opportunity to work for women who have a body shape that is not ideal, and (3) find out the test results for tunic products for career women with a body shape that is not ideal. This research is a type of development research (R&D) using the PPE (Planning, Production and Evaluation) model. The data collection method itself uses literature studies, questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique used uses 3 techniques, namely: (1) visual perception measurement, (2) content validation test, and (3) quantitative descriptive data analysis for product feasibility test. The results of the tunic product test obtained from the average results of the judgment expert consisting of 3 experts, namely: 94.3, 88.6 and 91.4. The mean of the three assessments is 91.4. Based on these average results, the development of the dab technique and bosgi shibori in career women with imperfect body shapes has very good qualifications with an achievement of 91.4%.
