dc.description.abstractAbstract Background: Learning innovation has now entered into digitalization which utilizes software as an effective distance learning medium to combine various approaches. With the software used for BHD training, it can be an effective and efficient innovation to improve the quality of knowledge and skills of professionals. Purpose: To determine the implementation of software as a BHD educational medium and its effectiveness in increasing the knowledge and skills of users. Method: Literature study research using Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar research databases with a publication year range of 2018-2023. Results: There were 5 articles out of 1164 articles that matched the keywords and inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on these 5 articles, 4 of them reported better learning outcomes when using software or applications compared to the control group. Conclusion: The software method is considered more practical and flexible in the process but requires continuous development to improve the quality of content which can affect the knowledge and skills of learning participants.
