Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of employee engagement, employee welfare, internal work environment on employee retention at PT. Seltech Utama Mandiri Medan. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 175 employees of PT. Seltech Utama Mandiri Medan. The sample was taken by applying the Slovin formula so that the total number of respondents in this study was 64 employees. Techniques for collecting data in this study are observation, documentation and questionnaires with a Likert scale. Validity, reliability and classical assumption testing are data analysis techniques in this study. In this study using multiple linear regression methods with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study partially show employee engagement has a real and positive influence on employee retention. Employee well-being has a real and positive influence on employee retention. The internal work environment has a real and positive influence on employee retention. Simultaneous F test results display employee engagement, employee welfare, internal work environment simultaneously influence employee retention at PT. Seltech Utama Mandiri Medan.
