This study examines the impact of leadership and compensation on the performance of TB cadres, with motivation as a mediating variable. The method used is a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach, involving 64 respondents from the Health Office of Deli Serdang Regency. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed using SmartPLS to test 7 hypotheses.
