dc.description.abstract | The result of this research is to show the extent to which service quality and company image affect customer satisfaction. the more responsive the company is to service customers, the greater the customer's trust in the company which results in an increase in the company's image. When consumer confidence increases, it will result in satisfaction for customers when using products and services from the company. This research was conducted at CV. Adrifag Jaya which runs a business in the concentration of sales, maintenance and repair of products such as CCTV, Running Text, Digital Clocks and Cash Register Machines. By using a saturated sample of 40 customers.
