dc.description.abstractOne of the sciences that regulates labor force participation to effectively and efficiently support an organization's or company's goal fulfillment is human resource management, or HR. One type of educational facility that prepares students for secondary school, imparts information and skills, and fosters the fundamental values required by society is the Basic School (SD). According to the definition given above, it is anticipated that the head of school, officials, and teachers would play a significant role in raising the standard of school SDM. As a result, management becomes a crucial educational tool. In order to guarantee that every aspect of education functions as best it can, human resource development must be advanced in accordance with formal legal requirements, including qualifications and competences, as well as the demands of an increasingly competitive external environment. However, it is established that, according to the data gathered, a large number of teachers and staff still do not meet the requirements of the educational field for the subjects that are approved by each teacher in a number of SDs in the Labu Beach district, which has a substantial impact on the performance of the staff and teachers. Apart from that, there are some teachers who are less motivated in carrying out their obligations in terms of providing reports related to their performance to the Education Department so that all the burden is given to school employees to make them, where there is only one employee in each elementary school who is recruited to work in the school administration section. . In this research, the Research & Development (R&D) research model is used. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to improve the performance of teachers and employees to become more productive.
