dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and workload on employee performance mediated by OCB at PT Bank Sumut Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, where all the population was sampled. The sample in this study amounted to 62 employees, while this type of research is quantitative, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this study used the SmartPLS 3 software program. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on OCB. OCB has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. OCB is able to mediate organizational culture and employee performance. OCB is not able to mediate workload on employee performance.
