Abstract: Abstract: The Indonesian government is encouraging the MSME sector to go digital following&#xD;
recent technological advancements to optimize its potential and productivity. The purpose of&#xD;
this study is to ascertain the impact of social media marketing (SMM) and digital content&#xD;
marketing activities (DCMAs) on entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and business performance&#xD;
(BP) of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage industry.&#xD;
Entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industries who are located in the JABODETABEK&#xD;
area have used social media and prepared digital content as a marketing tool to make up the&#xD;
study's demographic. This study used a quantitative method with 272 MSME respondents&#xD;
who had responded to statements in the online questionnaire, which were collected over&#xD;
two months. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), a data analysis technique, was employed&#xD;
with Lisrel 12. The findings demonstrated that Entrepreneurial Orientation and Business&#xD;
Performance are stronger directly influenced by digital marketing content activities than the&#xD;
influence of social media marketing. In addition, Entrepreneurial Orientation also affects&#xD;
Business Performance. This research found that MSMEs in the food and beverage industry&#xD;
may focus on developing DCMAs and building an entrepreneurial mindset in recognizing&#xD;
the desires of modern customers in shifting marketing to be more digital-based to improve&#xD;
its business performance&#xD;

Abstract: Abstract: This study delves into the importance of knowledge and information integration&#xD;
within entrepreneurship and its impact on the growth of digital startups in Indonesia.&#xD;
Specifically, the research focuses on the human capital derived from college education&#xD;
and the work experiences of entrepreneurs. By examining the educational background and&#xD;
professional experience of 207 digital startup entrepreneurs’ in Indonesia, the study employs&#xD;
various regression techniques to analyze the data collected between February and June 2021.&#xD;
The findings reveal that entrepreneurs’ who pursued higher education abroad significantly&#xD;
increased their chances of securing higher levels of investment. On the other hand, factors&#xD;
such as discipline, education level, and prior work experience demonstrate limited influence.&#xD;
These results contribute to our understanding of the factors that drive digital startups to&#xD;
achieve different investment milestones, emphasizinag the varying effects of different types&#xD;
of higher education and professional experience. These insights can be valuable for evaluating&#xD;
entrepreneurship programs in higher education institutions and guiding initiatives like&#xD;
student exchange programs and overseas training to foster human resource development in&#xD;
entrepreneurship. By enhancing our knowledge of human capital, this study contributes to the&#xD;
existing body of research and informs strategies for nurturing successful startups in the digital&#xD;
industry.&#xD;

Abstract: Abstract: PT Nusantara Totalindo Logistik is a business that operates in the freight forwarding&#xD;
sector with rapid progress, but they are facing introduction and turbulences. To meet both&#xD;
occurrences, they need business resilience strategies. The Business Resilience Strategy was&#xD;
realized to identify PT NTL's business potential and advantages and build business resilience&#xD;
for PT NTL through creating a vision and mission statement until risk management. This&#xD;
research aims to develop resiliency over PT NTL business to enhance business potential&#xD;
and realize a business resilience strategy by establishing a vision and mission for business&#xD;
risk management. The research data and methodological approach for this research came&#xD;
from interviews and questionnaires regarding risk management and creating business&#xD;
resilience strategy through vision and mission statement until risk management by identifying&#xD;
vulnerability factors and capability factors, designing work programs and risk management,&#xD;
IFE Analysis, EFE Analysis, VRIO Analysis, TOWS Strategy Matrix, work program and&#xD;
creating risk management. Based on the research result, we can conclude that a business&#xD;
resilience strategy starts from assembling a vision and mission statement to risk management.&#xD;
The managerial implications of a business resilience strategy are establishing the strategy up&#xD;
to risk management.&#xD;

Abstract: Abstract: The purpose of this research is to build a customized customer relationship&#xD;
management (CRM) model in relation to the utilization of social media marketing for&#xD;
improving marketing performance of budget hotels in West Java, Indonesia. Specifically,&#xD;
this research aims to empirically examine the influence of the utilization of social media&#xD;
marketing and customer database management on customized CRM and marketing&#xD;
performance. A total of 115 respondents consisting of general managers and marketing&#xD;
managers of budget hotels in West Java was selected as sample by using simple random&#xD;
sampling technique. By employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the findings&#xD;
have found that social media marketing equipped with customer database management&#xD;
significantly affects the customization of customer relationship management (CRM).&#xD;
Furthermore, customized CRM has a significant effect on marketing performance of&#xD;
budget hotels. The findings highlight that social media enables hotel businesses to interact&#xD;
with customers on a one-to-one basis, which allows for a more personalized customer&#xD;
experience. By analyzing customers' social media behavior and interests, hotel marketers&#xD;
can tailor their marketing efforts to suit each customer's needs and preferences. With&#xD;
better customer data, budget hotel businesses can create targeted marketing strategies&#xD;
that effectively meet their customers' needs thereby enhancing their overall customer&#xD;
relationship management and marketing performance.&#xD;
