Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of compensation, competence, career development, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Rantauprapat Ahmad Yani Branch. A quantitative research approach was employed, with all 42 employees at the branch serving as the study population. Given the relatively small population size, a saturated sampling technique was used, in which the entire population was included as the research sample. Data collection methods consisted of observation, documentation, and the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using classical assumption tests, including tests for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, to ensure the validity of the data. Multiple linear regression analysis was then conducted, including the coefficient of determination (R²), partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (F-test). The results indicate that, partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, competence, career development, and work motivation also have a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, these four independent variables collectively exert a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Bank Mandiri Rantauprapat Ahmad Yani Branch. These findings suggest that enhancing compensation, developing employee competencies, providing clear career development opportunities, and fostering work motivation can serve as effective strategies for improving employee performance in the banking sector.

Authors: Wibawa, Wira; Yuliana, Yayuk; Hidayat, Toni; Falahi, Adrial
Abstract: This study explores the influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. As digital transformation accelerates, businesses must adapt their marketing strategies to meet changing consumer behaviors. This review analyzes selected journal articles published between 2020 and 2024 to identify trends, key findings, and insights regarding digital marketing's role in fostering customer loyalty. The results indicate that digital marketing tools—such as social media, email campaigns, digital content, and online platforms—positively impact customer loyalty by enhancing customer engagement, personalization, convenience, and brand interaction. Moreover, trust and customer satisfaction emerge as mediating variables in building long-term loyalty in the digital environment. This study provides valuable insights for practitioners to design more effective digital marketing strategies and highlights the importance of aligning digital initiatives with customer expectations. It also contributes to academic research by summarizing recent findings and offering recommendations for future studies

Authors: Ayu Yulia, Ade; Lam’ah Nasution, Siti; Irwansyah Hasibuan, Muhammad
Abstract: This study attempts to ascertain and examine the impact of servicescape, price, word of mouth, and brand image on customer satisfaction at the National Electronics Rantauprapat Store. The methodology of this study is quantitative. This study will focus on 214 respondents who are customers of the National Electronics Rantauprapat Store, as determined based on customer data collected in February 2025. The Slovin formula combined with a probability sampling approach is the sampling strategy used in this study. This means that 139 responses are needed for sampling. This study uses a Likert scale questionnaire, documentation, and observation as data collection methods. Traditional assumption tests, such as heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and data normality tests, are used in this study. Partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests are used to evaluate multiple linear regression analysis. Servicescape, price, word of mouth, and brand image partially and simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at the National Electronics Rantauprapat Store, according to the research findings

Authors: Maria Manurung, Shopia; Irwansyah Hasibuhan, Muhammad; Lubis, Junita
Abstract: This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the factors that influence employee performance in today's increasingly dynamic work environment. The aim of this research is to determine and evaluate the effects of compensation, work environment, work stress, and lateness on employee performance at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat. This research is quantitative in nature, using an associative approach. The population consists of all employees at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat, totaling 64 individuals. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as the sample because the number is less than 100. The study was conducted at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat, utilizing data collection methods including Likert-scale questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis involved classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) and multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, partial (t-test), and simultaneous (F-test). The findings show that partially, compensation, work environment, work stress, and lateness each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these four variables also significantly influence employee performance at Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat.
