Abstract: The development of traditional culinary tourism has an important role in improving the economy of rural communities. This study aims to analyze the potential and strategy for developing culinary tourism in Pasar Kamu as an alternative to improving the economic welfare of local communities. The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results of the study indicate that Pasar Kamu has a strong tourist attraction through the uniqueness of traditional cuisine, cultural values, and support from the local community. However, there are several challenges such as lack of promotion, inadequate infrastructure, and limited product innovation. Therefore, development strategies that can be applied include improving the quality of culinary products, optimizing digital marketing, and collaborating with the government and tourism industry players. With the right strategy, Pasar Kamu has the potential to become a leading culinary tourism destination that contributes to improving the economy of rural communities in a sustainable manner.&#xD;

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, location, price and taste on purchasing decisions at the Nasi Goreng Cabe Ijo Kak Maya Rantauprapat. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that service quality, location, price and taste have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.388, this can be interpreted that the variables of service quality, location, price and taste can influence purchasing decisions by 38.8% while the rest or 62.2% is influenced by other factors. which were not examined in this study.&#xD;

Abstract: Pasar Kamu stands for Pekan Sarapan Karya Anak Muda which is one of the culinary tourism areas. Pasar Kamu, known as a creative economy platform located in Denai Lama Village, Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang North Sumatra. Market activities are opened every Sunday, 06.00WIB to 11.00WIB. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategies carried out by managers to attract visitors. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis is done through data processing, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Research informants, Chairman of the Kamu Market Group 3 people, 3 traders and visitors. Research results: The manager of “Pasar Kamu” invites the Deli Serdang Tourism Awareness Community (Masata) to work together, then designs “Pasar Kamu” like a traditional people's market by offering traditional Malay and Javanese food. The concept of creative economy can be seen from the role of local youth in market activities, namely as producers and sellers. However, they lack marketing skills so they have not generated greater income. In conclusion, the services provided by traders have not been maximized and business development is still constrained because it is still managed traditionally. It is suggested that traders in “Pasar Kamu” need to be empowered so that the service system is getting better and the community's income is increasing.&#xD;

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to comprehend how CV. Medan Properti in Medan implements and weighs the impact of many aspects, including location, cost, and lifestyle, on decisions about which homes to buy. The study uses a questionnaire survey design and a quantitative methodology. The study's participants include 90 responders who are interested in buying a home, including Medan Properti, the research object, and CV. The research makes use of quantitative techniques, such as documentation, questionnaires, and observation. Validity, reliability testing, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis utilizing SPSS 25 software are examples of data analysis methodologies. The t-test results show that lifestyle, location, and price all positively and significantly affect consumers' decisions to buy. According to the F-test results, homebuyers at CV. Medan Properti in Medan are significantly influenced by price, location, and lifestyle taken together.&#xD;
