Abstract: Masyarakat Dusun Petungsewu, Desa Duwet, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang merupakan penghasil olahan gerit berupa Duwet Polinema Tortilla Chips (Dupitos). Dupitos merupakan tortilla chips dengan bahan baku dasar jagung. Terdapat kelemahan dalam usaha tersebut, yakni mengemas hasil ke dalam label sederhana, membuat produk secara visual kurang berkesan bagi konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan adalah merancang label kemasan Dupitos sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai bulan April sampai November 2022. Metode dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pengumpulan data dan analisis. Proses desain menggunakan teknik THINK. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan label untuk Dupitos. Desain label mengadopsi metode THINK untuk mendesain label setelah melakukan analisis SWOT. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan di masyarakat Dusun Duwet Desa Petungsewu Kabupaten Tumpang mampu meningkatkan penjualan Dupitos. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penjualan yang semula hanya 20 pak ukuran 100g per minggu menjadi 35 pak ukuran 100g dan 10 pak ukuran 250g per minggu.&#xD;

Abstract: This community service program was carried out to help fruit brem craftsmen in Sidetapa Village so that their products are more acceptable to the market. Sidetapa Village has been able to develop itself as a tourist destination. Visits from various parties, both tourists, elements of the government, and academics, positively impacted the development of tourism in the village. In its development, the people of Sidetapa Village were able to produce products to support tourism activities, and even became one of the superior products, namely brem made from local fruits using a fermentation technique. Brem is produced as a fermented drink with three flavors: honey wine, mangosteen rind, and mangosteen fruit. To make the product acceptable to the people, the producers of fruit brem in Sidetapa Village received assistance in product and market testing. Implementing this community service program consists of assisting in product sales analysis, product testing in the laboratory to determine the nutritional content of products and more informative packaging. Through product testing, Sidetapa’s fruit brem can provide information about the content of alcohol, sugar and carbohydrates per one bottle of drink. Meanwhile, through a market test, artisans can find out market tastes. It is hoped that through this assistance, fruit brem producers in Sidetapa Village can maintain their product production in terms of quality and quantity.&#xD;

Abstract: Pelaku usaha khususnya dari generasi milenial dituntut untuk bisa menghasilkan produk kreatif yang memiliki nilai jual. Generasi milenial perlu memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi untuk berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif agar memiliki keyakinan dan keberanian dalam menghadapi segala resiko. Usaha bidang ekonomi kreatif adalah bidang usaha yang membutuhkan dasar kreativitas, inovasi dan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap keputusan berwirausaha pada generasi milenial di bidang ekonomi kreatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 150 responden. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu generasi milenial yang sudah menjalankan usaha kreatif di Yogyakarta. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan didapatkan hasil bahwa efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan generasi milenial untuk berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif.&#xD;

Abstract: The people's economy can be improved through the micro business sector. The issue of the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as a competent Islamic bank is a new hope for these business actors. Unfortunately, previous studies have not disclosed in depth the programs and policies of BSI after the merger. This study aims to determine the policy of Islamic banking toward the micro-business sector to empower the community's economy. The study was conducted on Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), which merged with two other large Islamic banks, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRI Syariah) and Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNI Syariah), and became BSI. The research design used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in interviews, observation, and documentation. BSI is a bank that collects and distributes funds to the public based on sharia principles. The findings show that BSI maintained its reputation as a competent Islamic bank in community empowerment efforts. This is evidenced by the inclusion of BSI in the Forbes list of The World's Best Banks 2021 because it has met the criteria for trust, terms and conditions, customer services, digital services, and financial advice. Although it has merged with two other Islamic banks, BSM continues to use the same system as before, except for some adjustments related to product policies regarding costs, benefits, and margin provisions by applicable regulations. Community empowerment through Micro Business products refers to Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking. In its development, to support the community's economy, BSI carries out a sustainable finance agendavillage economic programs, food security, sociopreneur scholarships, and siding with MSMEs</description>
