Abstract. Diabetes Militus DM was a disorder of metabolism, carbohydrate, protein and fat resulting from an imbalance between the availability of insulin and the need for insulin. The disorder may be absolute insulin deficiency, impaired insulin secretion by pancreatic beta cells, absence of strength or damage to insulin receptors, inactive insulin production and insulin damage before work. Objective of Research Knowing Risk Factors of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Incidence in patients at RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. Design research The type of research conducted was observational research that was by doing observations on the object under study. The observation method used in this research was the control case observation method. The design of this study using case control design, also called retrospective study was an observational analytic epidemiological study that examines the relationship between certain health effects (disease or health condition) with certain risk factors.Total population of 45 people, and a sample of 45 respondents. Measuring tool used by questionnaires. The result in SPSS version 1.6 using 2 × 2 table withChi-Square test with the level of significance table α = 0.05. The result of bivariate study of dietary relationship was pvalue =
0,000, physical activity was pvalue = 0,000 and stress was pvalue = 0,000 about the incidence of diabetes mellitus type II. The conclusion in this research was the relationship of diet, physical activity, and stress of risk factor incident in RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar.

Work accidents are a risk faced by every worker who does work with losses not only loss of life and material for workers and employers but also can disrupt the production process as a whole and damage the environment which in turn has a direct impact on the surrounding community. This type of research is analytic which aims to analyse the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of P2K3 Management. The population in this study was P2K3 Management totalling 183 people. The number of samples in this study were 46 P2K3 administrators. Sampling by using random sampling. Thus, obtained from each region, namely AFD IV as many as 10 people, AFD V as many as 16 people and AFD VI as many as 20 people. The results of the Chi-Square Test with a 95% confidence level and a value of = 0.05 showed that knowledge and attitudes had a significant relationship with the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System where the p value of each was 0.007. for knowledge and 0.005 for attitude. It is recommended to carry out regular socialization and training to P2K3 administrators in order to increase their knowledge in implementing occupational safety and health management properly.

The impact of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) has affected the lifestyles of all people in the world, especially the food consumption patterns of various age groups. However, in the protracted Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) was implemented which resulted in changes in certain dietary behavior to overcome covid-19. This study aims to analyze dietary behavior during covid-19 during PPKM. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. Respondents aged 18 years and over as the population and samples taken by accidental sampling were 493 participants. Data were collected using research
questionnaires and data analysis by independent t-test or ANOVA analysis. The results

obtained that most of the participants self-reported that they had recently reduced
eating out and the proportion of people who chose to use supplements to prevent covid-
19 had increased substantially during PPKM by 275 (55,8%), less than half of the participants took recommended dietary behaviors, including individual food portions and participants who followed these behaviors had better dietary diversity. In conclusion, during the PPKM period, participants still followed certain dietary behaviors to overcome covid-19. While some dietary behaviors are adopted to help prevent
transmission, such as avoiding eating together and taking multivitamins.
