ABSTRACT
Background: In 2015-2019 the Indonesian birth certificate target was 85% (RPJMN), but until 2016
the achievement of children’s birth certificate ownership in Indonesia was 62%. It is necessary to make a
birth certificate, namely SKK issued by doctors / midwives, who are making manually (paper based). In
line with the develop of e-iANC specifically for digitizing Antenatal Care ( ANC) records and reporting, the
development of SKK is needed. Objective: Design a birth certificate to optimize the Electronic Integrated
Antenatal Care (e-iANC).Method: Using the waterfall method with stages: 1. System Planning, 2. System
Analysis, 3. System Design, 4. System Implementation. Informants were the founders and developers of
e-iANC and midwives as e-iANC users. Results: Digitized SKK was developed contain some data elements
include the number of mother and father ID card, baby name, gender, timeand date of birth, address,
mother’s and father’s name, occupation of mother and father, weight and length of baby and type of birth.
Feature’s SKK generate digitized SKK.Some of data elements in digitized SKK are accessed from the
e-iANC database include the mother’s ID card number, address and mother and father’s name. The others
need to be entered include father’s ID card number, time and date of birth, sex, weight and length of the
baby, and type of birth. Conclusion: Digitized SKK could be accelerated the ownership of children’s birth
certificates in Indonesia.

The labor process requires physical and mental preparation from the pregnant woman to get a
safe and smooth delivery. One of the preparations that pregnant women need to do is to do gymnastics
exercises is one program for pregnant women to train the muscles and to maintain the physical condition
of the mother towards the process of labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness
of pregnancy exercise on the delivery process at Pancoran Mas Depok Health Center in 2018. The type
of Quasi Experiment research with the Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design approach used 50
samples which were selected on a proportional to size sampling basis. By training pregnant women to carry
out pregnancy exercises, it is hoped that pregnancy complications can be prevented, so the delivery process
can run smoothly so that it can contribute to reducing AKI and AKB. The results of bivariate research show
P value 0.003; OR = 9.333 (p <0.05) means that pregnancy exercise has a good effect on the quality of
labor. Other variables such as age (p = 1,000; OR = 1,143), parity (p = 0,264; OR = 4,267), education (p
= 0,391; OR = 2,044), and employment (p = 0,677; OR = 0,644) did not indicate meaningful effectiveness
(p> 0.05) and no chance for the quality of labor. While the multivariate results showed that pregnancy
exercise had an effect on the quality of labor (p = 0.003; AOR = 11.148 95% CI = 2.28-2-54.462).

Abstract
In Indonesia (2017) the number of Tuberculosis cases is 360,565. Patient compliance with treatment
is the key to TB control. The reason given for stopping treatment was that the sufferers began to feel good
(38.6%). Other reasons were running out of drugs at home (25.4%), TB drugs too strong (20.2%) and
losing hope for life (16.7%). Even in some women the use of OAT can cause menstrual disorders. This study
aims to analyze the relationship of compliance with consuming OAT with the menstrual cycle in women
with pulmonary TB in Pekanbaru City. This research method uses a type of quantitative research with a
correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The study population was all women with pulmonary
TB who consumed OAT totaling 243 people and taken a sample of 53 people using the stratified random
sampling technique from 5 health centers in the city of Pekanbaru. Instrument research uses a questionnaire.
Data was analyzed by univariate data analysis techniques by describing each variable and bivariate data
analysis technique with the Chi-Square correlation test (X2) approach. Results: There was a significant
relationship between adherence to consuming OAT and the menstrual cycle of women with pulmonary TB
with a P value of 0.019 (P <0.05). OR (Odds Ratio) 12,688. The conclusion of this study is that there is
a significant relationship between adherence to consuming OAT and the menstrual cycle of women with
pulmonary TB.

Abstract
The critical period of a woman during her reproductive period is experienced during labor. Every
mother giving birth has the right to get standard maternity care so that the delivery process is safe, the
mother and baby are healthy. This study aims to prove that the Normal Childbirth Care calendar can
increase the application of standards of childbirth care by midwives in independent practice. Method:
Pre-experimental, using the one group pretest-posttest design approach. The subjects of this study were
independent practice midwives, a maximum age of 65 years, a minimum work period of 2 years, minimum
D3 midwifery graduates. Sample size was 20 people, by proportionate simple random sampling. Data
analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Results: the score of applying the standard of delivery care by midwives
in independent practice before treatment was found to be the lowest 23, the highest was 36, and the median
was 30. After treatment was found the lowest score was 36, the highest was 38, and the median was 38.
More than half of respondents (55%) have achieved ideal scores(38). There was a significant difference in
the application of labor standards before with after being given a normal delivery care calendar (z -3.888;
p 0.000). Conclusion: a normal birth care calendar is beneficial in increasing the application of midwife
care standards to independent practice.
