PROFIT aims to provide information among employees, to monitor the performances of the refinery, facilitate communication and coordination of work activities among employees, and support the budgeting process at several projects initiated. This study examines the effect of the PROFIT mobile application as an integrated information system on employee performance. The results show that PROFIT Apps as SIS, is a positive and significant variable in the performance of the Process Engineering of Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju’s Employees. The samples used in the study were Process Engineering of Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju’s Employees. Data collection methods use questionnaires and data processing techniques used through multiple linear regression analysis. This research could contribute ideas and scientific study materials for PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit III and other company management in setting policies related to development of SIS as integrative information systems as an effort to influence corporate strategy and performance positively. Lulusan SMA tidak semua melanjutkan ke Perguruan Tinggi. Lulusan SMA N 1 Sumberlawang yang melanjutkan ke Perguruan Tinggi kurang dari 20% pertahun sehingga siswa perlu dilatihkan keterampilan hidup dan ditanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan di SMA N 1 Sumberlawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan koordinator proyek di SMAN 1 Sumberlawang, analisis dokumen perencanaan proyek, dan studi literatur. Validitas data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan kokurikuler berupa proyek dengan mengembangkan kearifan lokal. Tema proyek kewirausahaan yang dipilih adalah kearifan lokal Gunung Kemukus. Proyek kewirausahaan melatihkan siswa mengkaitkan isu dunia nyata, menemukan masalah, kemudian berkolaborasi untuk menciptakan solusi permasalahan melalui kegiatan merancang, membuat, dan menampilkan produk yang dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. At room temperature, the freshness of leaf vegetables can only last for 12 hours. For this reason, proper postharvest handling is needed to maintain quality and extend the shelf life of these commodities, including ozone technology (ozonization). Ozone is able to shed pesticide and bacterial contamination as well as heavy metals attached to the surface of fruit or vegetables, making it safe for consumption for health. Vegetable cultivation by productive communities as micro-entrepreneurs has developed quite a lot. The problem that still occurs is the lack of efforts to extend the shelf life of vegetables that can increase consumer preferences for spinach. The “Mutiara Organik” Farmer Group in Sumberejo Village, Ngablak District, Magelang Regency made these efforts by cultivating vegetables and applying ozonation. The program begins with the introduction of packaging technology and continues with the presentation of permits from the Ministry of Health for ozonized organic vegetables. This program provides farmers with a set of production tools and packaging. The analysis also shows that ozone treatment provides higher efficiency, because it can reduce weight loss compared to Japanese spinach without ozone treatment. The purpose of this research is to describe the phenomenon of the meaning of profit for traders in the perspective of Gresik culture. This research method is with a qualitative paradigm using an ethnographic approach. Collecting data using participant observation and in-depth interviews conducted by snowball. Test the validity of the data using the member check. Data analysis using the Spradley model. The research results that have been found, the meaning of profit for traders in the perspective of Gresik culture is courtesy, trust, and empathy.
