The objective of this research is to know aesthetic valuation of batik motif bag made from cowhide and coconut fiber waste in women's bags which were assessed based on 2 aspects from design principles and element theory. The research conducted in the city of Kebumen, Central Java. The research used pre-experimental using descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is the interview method, the interview method is conducted by two parties from interviewer as party that give the question and interviewees or panelist. Researchers conducted interviews with 9 people in 3 expert fields, they are craftsmen, sellers and bag collectors. The results of the research on the aesthetic value of women's batik bags made of utilizing coconut fiber waste and cowhide combination declared if women's batik bags made of utilizing coconut fiber waste and cowhide combination has fulfilled the aesthetic value based on the theory of design principles; rhythm, proportion, balance, size and center of attention as well as design elements including; color, shape, size and texture. Thus it can be concluded the result of this study that utilizing coconut fiber waste and cowhide combination has aesthetic value as raw and combination materials for the manufacture of bag making or other objects. The improvement of knowledge and skills of PKK members of Patemon Village has been carried out in the manufacture of entrepreneurial products in the field of fashion, for example in the manufacture of robes, brooches with knitting techniques, making ornamental jars and making hijabs with tie dye techniques. The interest of PKK members in dyeing and dyeing textiles is a challenge and an opportunity to be able to further increase the potential in making textile products. Suminagashi technique is a coloring technique using a water medium that can produce motifs and colors that vary like marble. Complementary fashion is something that is used to complement in dress, both milineris and accessories. This condition was responded by UNNES, to cooperate and become a partner as an implementer of activities in carrying out women's empowerment programs by providing skills in the form of training in making fashion complements with suminagashi techniques for the PKK members group of Patemon village. The methods implemented in this community service are: (1) the provision of theoretical materials on making fashion complements with suminagashi techniques and business management that will be delivered by lecture and discussion methods, (2) practical materials to make fashion complements with suminagashi techniques and business management is given by demonstration methods, project-based exercises and learning, (3) monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained from this activity from 20 participants who participated in the training, can be obtained an average of 40% in the criteria is very good, 45% good, and 15% is quite good. PKK members are very enthusiastic in participating in training activities in making fashion complements with suminagashi techniques. After participating in this activity, PKK members patemon village can increase creativity in making other products by using suminagashi techniques and can market products that have been made. The purpose of this study is to know whether there is a difference between the process and the results of the Blazer Woman between those done in Tailor with the Modiste and which results are better. Data collection methods used are observation, documentation, and interviews using validity judgment expert. The results of the anova test show "there is a difference in the process and results of the female Blazer between those done in Tailor with in Modiste". Results Descriptive analysis shows the Blazer Women who worked on Tailor better than those done in Modiste. It is seen from the three Blazers that Tailor does on average 2.89 which is in the less precise criteria, while the three Blazer Women who worked on Modiste obtained an average of 2.74 which is in the less precise criteria. Making the pattern of women's clothing should be larger than the front of the body pattern of the back of the body so that when worn side line is not interested in the future. The experiment was conducted using experimental method with independent variable (cold wax with 25g / 75ml, 25g / 100ml, 25g / 125ml) concentration, dependent variable (cold wax quality to out line and color absorption) and control variables (concentration of flour and Water for each cold wax sample, the time used for drying for 1 hour, the color generation time is 30 minutes, the comparison of the results at different concentrations and samples.). Data collection techniques used were interview method, participative observation, and documentation method. The analysis used is anova two way analysis or two-lane variance analysis. The result of cold wax quality test in batik painting with cold / glutinous cold wax concentration 25g / 75ml included in the category is not very good, concentration of cold wax / glutinous flour 25g / 100ml included in bad category and concentration of cold wax / glutinous flour 25g / 125ml Including in very good categorical.
